Engagement on Instagram is super high. You will find all the major brands on this platform, all providing amazing visual content.

If you want to grow your following on Instagram and generate income, experts say, you will not more than awesome visuals; you will need a strategy.

To understand better the medium and give you some insights, I have gathered some stats from all over the internet, for you.

1. Instagram has more than 500 million users.

2. It is estimated that 2,6 million users will be added by 2020.

3. 28% of adult Internet users are on Instagram.

4. 55% of young adults use Instagram.

5. 59% of the platform's users log every day and 35% log more than 3 times a day.

6. 13,2% of posts are Videos.

7. You can see increase on your engagement by 79% if you add a location tag.

8. Instagram posts with 11+ hashtags get about 80% interaction per 1000 followers.

9. Images with faces get 38% more likes.

10. Big brands post on average 4,9 times per week.

11. More than 80 million photos are shared every day.

12. 36% of B2B brands consider Instagram "critical" to their social media marketing.

13. The best days to post on Instagram are Mondays and Thursdays.

Then there are practical steps you can take to Show Up and Brand Up.

But remember, mindset comes first! I can give you the best script for achieving great sales. If you do not believe you can make the sale, your words will be empty and the result poor.

First you need to raise your energy, your self confidence and then step into the action.

Like an actor, you need to believe you are the Role and then step on stage. Do your preparation first, build up the character first.
